Tiny Talkers offers baby signing workshops where you can learn how to sign with your baby, allowing you to communicate well before s/he is able to talk. Not only does this reduce frustration for the whole family, but it strengthens bonds and even improves your baby's cognitive skills. Amazing stuff!
From helping to prepare for an upcoming birth, to helping regain strength after a little one has arrived, yoga can do wonders for expecting and new mamas. Heartsong Yoga and Wellness Center offers both prenatal and mom & baby yoga classes in a serene and supportive environment. "Health and Fitness for Every Body."
Nobody doubts the value of reading and education. If you would like a head start in building your baby's library (or have older children you like to buy books for), Usborne Books and More is a great source. You can purchase the books directly from the web site, or host a party (or have a friend host a baby shower for you!) and earn free books. Let me know if you have any questions.
