My Labor Doula Package Includes:

• Complimentary introductory meeting.
• Two prenatal appointments (1-2 hours long) to discuss your wishes for your birth and the role you would like me to play, answer any questions and concerns, and develop your birth plan.
• Unlimited phone and email support from date of hire.
• On-call availability from two weeks prior to your estimated due date until labor begins.
• Labor support from whenever you request my presence through the birth and until you feel settled with the baby.
• One postpartum visit to address any questions or concerns you may have.
• Access to my lending library of pregnancy, labor, and infant care books.
• If you would like, and circumstances allow, a written birth log and a photo CD of your labor.
• Cost:  $500
• Additional prenatal and postpartum visits can be arranged.
