My Labor Doula Package Includes:

• Complimentary introductory meeting.
• Two prenatal appointments (1-2 hours long) to discuss your wishes for your birth and the role you would like me to play, answer any questions and concerns, and develop your birth plan.  I also often do a private pain-coping techniques class, if this is something you are interested in.
• Unlimited phone and email support from date of hire.
• On-call availability from two weeks prior to your estimated due date until labor begins.
• Continuous labor support from whenever you request my presence through the birth and until you feel settled with the baby.  This includes physical and emotional support for you and your partner, facilitation of communication between you and the birth attendants, non-biased information regarding choices you may need to make, photography if desired, breastfeeding support if desired, and any other non-medical assistance that will help with your labor and birth.
• One postpartum visit to address any questions or concerns you may have.
• Access to my lending library of pregnancy, labor, and infant care books.
• If you would like, and circumstances allow, a written birth log and a photo CD of your labor.
• Cost:  $600
• Additional prenatal and postpartum visits can be arranged.
